Motion Pro Supports La Ducati Day 2008

Thank you Ducati for putting on a very successful event, Sunday October 12th, 2008. The 5th annual La Ducati Day 2008 was held in the beautiful mountain areas of La Honda, CA and this year's theme, Emozione nel Movimento! ... Italian for Emotion in Motion!
Motion Pro, a returning co-sponsor of this great event was on hand this year with their 40' semi, offering product display and gear check services with the help from Motion Pro employees who volunteered their time supporting this worthy fundraiser for the La Honda Fire Dept. La Ducati Day also received great support from other companies such as; Nor Cal Ducati DOC, Ducati North America, Nichols Sportbike Service, Ducati Monster Forum, Ducati Vintage Club, Lindemann Engineering, Leo Vince exhaust, Suomy Helmets, Laguna Seca raceway, Federico Minoli and Doc Wong.
La Ducati Day 2008 offered the attendees an array of events for the day:- Federico Minoli sponsored Riders for Health Auction
(New for this year was the Ducati sponsored Riders for Health Auction. Ducati graciously donated many ultra cool items that Federico Minoli collected over the years, and auctioned them off to benefit Riders for Health). - Ducati North America offered guided demo rides on new 2009 models and provided a hospitality area
- Ducati Vintage Club sponsored Concorso Ducati
- Motion Pro sponsored Ducati Garage Challenge and Slow Ride Competition
- Leo Vince USA sponsored Ducati Music Challenge
- Lindemann Engineering sponsored Sportbike Suspension Setup Clinic
- Vendor court, food, and a live band
Event admission was free and all proceeds from entry fees, sportbike suspension setup clinic and raffles went towards the La Honda Fire Brigade. La Honda Fire Brigade are the good men and women that rescue us when we crash on that side of the mountain ... helping them helps all of us.
