This tool is used to compress the Push Rod cap for installation and removal of the retainer. Designed for use on late model Harley-Davidson® motorcycles.

To use the Motion Pro Push Rod Tool, slip the flat portion of the tool under the bottom fin on the head. The cup then goes over the cap or the larger portion of the tube. Compress the handles and the Spring Cap Retainer is easily removed or installed.
