NOTE: THE DELUXE FUEL TANK WAS DESIGNED FOR USE ON MOTORCYCLES WITH “EXTERNAL FUEL PUMPS”. FOR NON-ACCESSIBLE FUEL PUMP MODELS REFER TO THE SERVICE MANUAL.
1. Insert the rubber grommet into the hole in the bottom of the tank. Make sure the flange of the grommet is flush with the tank bottom.
2. Insert the barb of the petcock into the rubber grommet making sure that the tip of the barb has gone all the way through the grommet.
3. Connect the fuel lines provided.
4. Install the vent and return fittings in the cap.
