- Attach Battery Acid Catch Tank around frame tube in an upright position with cap installed, using the two re-usable wraps supplied in kit. Locate catch tank in a position under the battery.
- Attach battery vent hose to fitting on battery. Use a small drop of glue to keep hose securely in place if necessary.
- Route hose from the battery overflow fitting #2 on the catch tank. Cut hose to correct length and install.
- Attach remaining hose to fitting #1 on the catch tank and route down to bottom of the frame tube. Cut to length.
Tank should be checked periodically and emptied as needed. DO NOT allow tank to fill with acid and drain through the vent hose attached to fitting #1
