IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE INSTALLING
WE RECOMMEND THAT A QUALIFIED MECHANIC IN A PROPERLY EQUIPPED SHOP INSTALL THIS KIT.
- Remove the 4WD switch assembly from the stock thumb throttle housing by removing the two Phillips head screws. Retain the screws for reuse.
- Using the stock screws (retained previously), install the switch assembly onto the relocation plate.
- Remove the stock master cylinder mounting bolts and mount the relocation plate to the stock master cylinder bracket using the new 6mm bolts supplied. Torque the bolts to the specified torque indicated in your shop manual.
- Refer to the throttle specific and twist throttle kit instructions included in twist throttle kits for the remainders of the instructions necessary to complete the twist throttle conversion.
