Carb Tuner
Greetings. I ride my bike very day. I choose not to own a car anymore. That's my wife's baby. Now I've rebuilt and balanced more car and bike engines than I can remember. My biggest problem was getting the carbs balanced properly. I seek perfection. My mates joke that I've got a sensitive arse that knows when a motor is out of sync. Naturally they bring their motors to me for servicing and balancing. I recently purchased your Sync Pro balancer for my 1250 ABS Bandit. Over 20 years I've used the vacuum guages, home made balancers and recently the Morgan Carbtune . Your balancer is by far the superior device. What makes your balancer the best is the fact that " you balance the balancer before use". I previously found my vacuum guages better than anything else because you could balance them first even though this is not in the instructions of that balancer. I would use the same procedure as yours using 3 t-pieces designed for aquarium air hoses. Your device is however far more sensitive and accurate and I am now riding a Bandit that's as smooth as a sewing machine. The power increase is immediately evident and the fuel comsumption drop is at least 15%. Well done gentle men!!! I'm the happiest biker on the planet!! PS. Include in your instructions that after the first balancing, the bike should be riden for +- one week, then re-balance the balancer and then immediately the bike. An unbalanced engine has uneven build-up of carbon residues which result in un-even compression. When the bike is balanced the carbons clear resulting again in minor imbalance. The rebalance after a week starts to set this right. Then do it again a month later and you have a perfectly functioning machine. Keep it up Gents!!! Regards from me in Australia. You can quote me!!Comment

rid your gauge of air bubbles
Hi.. I too have a Motion Pro manometer (an Hg type) and have experienced these little bubbles. .they're either air or suspended gasoline that condense from vapor introduction. purge the tubes with air until the fluid and air bubbles are gone from the metering tubes. this is basically like resetting them. they'll never migrate out of the tubes due to specific gravity and surface tension, but will once moved to the fluid tank. whether you chose to blow into the rubber line or use a VERY low (in both pressure and flow) compressed air burst, is up to you.Comment
