Hi,\n\nI have a motion pro hex axle tool that snapped. How do I go about getting a replacement?

All of our products carry a one year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. What you can do is return the tool to us along with a copy of your purchase receipt for proof of purchase within that one year period, and we will inspect it and determine whether the failure is warrantable or not. If warrantable, we will replace the tool for you. Please return it to this address:
