Blind Bearing Removal collet sizes
I bought a Blind Bearing Removal Set 8,10,12,15,17,20,25,30mm ID. I have to remove a bearing with a 28mm inner race. The 30mm will not collapse enough to fit and the 25mm bearly grabs and ends up pulling through. Does the manufacturer make a 28mm collet size?

Hello Thomas,
The blind bearing pullers are designed for very specific size bearings, hence the markings on the puller itself, and also on the case. The 25mm puller is designed for 25mm bearings only, and using them on oversize bearing will risk failure of the puller. When pulling a bearing, the first step is always to measure the inner diameter. If there is not an exact size puller, another method for pulling the bearing must be utilized. In designing the kit, we had to balance cost of the kit and the number of sizes. We tried to include the most common sizes, at an affordable price point.
