Broken KZ valve shim tool
I bought a valve shim adjustment tool (08-0019) from your company and used it today on my beloved KZ900. Upon using the tool for the first time a part of the tip broke off. I quickly found the piece and removed it. After inspecting the tool, I proceed to carefully use it again but to my dismay it broke two more times... This time, I wasn't as lucky finding the pieces... They're probably still be somewhere in the cylinder head. Obviously I'm pissed. Who in their right mind would make this out of high carbon steel? This tool needs to stay together, not fracture into pieces. I'd love to talk to a qualified individual when you have time.Thanks, Matt
