Hello Tim, Part number 02-0005 will be the O.E replacement for this application with a housing length (Vinyl housing including any straight fittings or end caps but excluding any elbows) of 47.8". The best way to determine the plus/ minus length that you will need to accommodate your bar change would be to leave the stock cables connected to the engine and carburetor. Then, with controls on the new handlebars installed on the motorcycle you can route the stock cables the way they were originally routed and see how many inches you are coming up short/ long to the controls on the new handlebars. once you have determined this you will know what length will be best suited to fit your project. if you do not find the length that your project is in need of right off our website you will need to have them custom made. to place a custom build order or if you have any other questions feel free to contact us at 650-594-9600. Thanks, Preston.
