Do you make a complete throttle housing and cable that will fit a 1973 Honda XR 75?

Hello Tim,
I am sorry, but we do not have any throttle cable information for your XR75. If you have a stock throttle and cable that are in good enough condition to measure, it is possible we could make you a custom throttle cable to fit one of our throttles for use on your bike. The best bet is to contact the custom cable people here at Motion Pro, either on email at cables@motionpro.com or call the main number here at Motion Pro and ask for the custom cable department.
