Helmet Lock fell apart

Helmet Lock, Blk 7/8\n11-0006 \n\nThe hinge pin fell out out the shackle. It is mounted in a location where I cannot easily access the hinge pin to put in a replacement, but if you can provide me with the diameter of the pin, I can try to get a replacement in there. Otherwise, I will have to cut the lock off of my Ducati frame.

The best solutions

Hello Michael,
I am sorry that you had a problem with one of our products. I don't think a replacement pin will be the solution you are hoping for, as the original pin has a bit of knurling on the end that is supposed to hold it in place, and a replacement would most likely not stay in place. We have a one year warranty on all of our products, if you would return this defective lock to us, we would be happy to replace it for you. You can send it to 867 American Street, San Carlos, CA 94070, to the attention of the warranty department, and be sure to include your name, return shipping address, and a phone number just in case we need to contact you. We will try to get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
