Hi, how can i refill fluid in my carburator sync tool?, it the refill kit came with instructions?

The SyncPro refill kit does come with very detailed instructions for refilling the fluid. Make sure to follow them step by step and you won't have any problems. Once refilled, you may want to review the instructions for the SyncPro as well.
