We have never produced a replacement brake cables for your application nor do we have no information documented on the cable, in most cases like this it’s best to send the cable in for duplication, while we can’t be 100% sure of what we can do in till we receive the cable for review, I wouldn’t anticipate any issues custom making item for you. just to supply all the info I can, the cost to custom make a black vinyl throttle cable I would estimate to be $40.00 per cable excluding any shipping cost, the current turnaround time to complete a custom cable order is 6-7 working days excluding shipping time, all custom cable orders are prepaid on a credit card with a no return policy unless for warranty consideration, we do require the billing address on the card is the same as the ship to on the order and the card holder is the one placing the order.
