Common Question three years ago

I was calibrating my Syncpro, and it calibrated just fine, but then when I went to synchronize my carbs, the fluid got all pulled out of the tubes!

The best solutions

Sorry to hear about the problem... What most likely happened is that you did not calibrate the Syncpro to the master carb or throttle body on your engine. The master carb is the one that the cables and the bell crank are directly attached to. Depending on model, this might be number one, two or three. This is vitally important, as the master carb is the non-adjustable one. If the Syncpro is calibrated to a different carb or throttle body, that one might be significantly higher or lower than the others. If you calibrate to a carb that is much lower, then when it is connected to the rest, the fluid will be pulled out of the Syncpro, because it is set for a much lower vacuum level than necessary.
