If I purchase the Motion Pro throttle kit and have aftermarket clip ons, can I keep my Kill/start with the mode switch? Or would I have to buy the Motion Pro Switch?
Kill Switch

Hello John V,
If your switch assembly is separate from your throttle assembly, of course you would keep the stock switch. If you are thinking about a combined housing/throttle assembly with the throttle tube removed, it may work for you, as long as you have enough room on the handlebar. Most installations I have worked on do not have enough room to accommodate this kind of arrangement though. Your situation may be different.
