Is there anywhere available the instructions paper for the the leak-down tester? A downloadable pdf perhaps or something like that? Thanks!

You don't mention if you have a 4-stroke or 2-stroke leak down tester. If it's the 4-stroke version you can download the instructions from our Tech section here:
