For use with stock carb and Rev2 throttle only. IMPORTANT - The Rev2 Throttle does not have the starter and kill switch wiring or switches that are built into your stock throttle assembly. Use of the Rev2 Throttle requires an aftermarket kill switch and starter button assembly (pn 11-0098, not included in kit).

Please use 11-0108 Handlebar Stop/Start Switch, Suzuki B to replace switches on stock throttle assembly in conjunction with 01-2730 Rev2 and 01-2920 Rev3 Throttle kit for this application.

We recommend careful inspection of the pivot bolt when replacing a lever and that you replace the pivot bolt and lock nut if there are any signs of wear or if the prior lever suffered any impact damage. We also recommend that you replace the lock nut anytime the lever is removed. Pivot bolt and lock nut must be installed and tightened properly as recommended by the manufacturer of your motorcycle. Please remember to lubricate the pivot bolt per the factory service manual recommendations.

For use with stock throttle body. Stock reel is 33.4 mm. IMPORTANT - The Rev3 throttle does not have the starter and kill switch wiring or switches that are built into your stock throttle assembly. Use of the Rev3 Throttle requires an after market kill switch and starter button assembly not included in kit. Please use 11-0108 Handlebar Stop/Start Switch, Suzuki B for this application. Rev3 Kits have cables specifically designed for fitment on specific models, but the Rev3 throttle itself is not model specific. Therefore, in some situations, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar. In some installations, it may be necessary to move other control components on the stock handlebar, shorten the Rev3 throttle tube and grip, install longer after market handlebars, or possibly all of the above. It is up to the end user to determine the best method for fitment on their motorcycle, and ensure that the Rev3 kit is installed properly and with the correct clearances for safe operation. Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic and carefully checked for proper function. Warning: Improper installation could result in great bodily injury or death.
