New, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. All returns require an RMA (see below) and must be returned to the fulfilling dealership noted on your packing slip. To get started with a Return, you will need an RMA number before you can return your package. You can obtain an RMA # by e-mailing email@example.com or by calling 650-594-9600. Please note, Motion Pro can only accept returns for direct sales. If you purchase through a third party vendor, you will need to contact that vendor for the return.
All items accepted for return will be credited to the original credit card used for purchasing the order. Returns are credited to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days after the fulfilling dealership closes the Return. The refund will be for the full value of the items returned, unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees will not be refunded to your credit card.
Custom cables are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
