We at Motion Pro HQ are thrilled about the upcoming announcement for the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Class of 2025. Chris Carter is honored to be one of the 17 nominees for this year's class. His ongoing involvement and generosity in helping people, racers, and racing organizations stand out at Motion Pro. We would also like to express our immense gratitude to Chris's personal friends, current Hall of Famers, and racing legends for their support and the letters they have written about Chris and the impact he has made. Since 1984, Chris has been dedicated to enhancing control cables and the product experience for passionate racers and motorcycle enthusiasts. He founded Motion Pro in San Carlos, CA, driven by his love for the sport and passion for racing. As we celebrate our 41st year in business, Motion Pro has become a globally recognized brand in the motorcycle and powersports industry.

Note: Voting for the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Class of 2025 ends Monday, June 16, at 11:59 p.m.

Once voting ends, results will be announced. The Induction Ceremony will be held on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025 in Pickerington, Ohio, at an event center near AMA Headquarters.

Chris Carter is the founder and president of Motion Pro Inc., a company on the leading edge of specialty-tool design with 30-some patents to its credit. Over the years, Carter has also served as an ambassador of the sport and industry, with Motion Pro holding more than 100 annual sponsorships of racers, teams, organizations, and events. Carter and Motion Pro also support many charitable and non-profit organizations, including motorcycle trail preservation and ensuring that access is available to all. Carter is also a motorcycle historian and published author, and earned an International Six Day Trials gold medal for the U.S. in Austria in 1976.
